He was always willing to answer even the most trivial of questions and we found, during the trip, that descriptions and advice given were accurate, honest and ery helpful. He has a pleasant and patient manner with customers and goes the extra mile to reassure. My experience of travel agents in the past has not been positive in that they are often unable to provide the client with much more information than can be found in the brochure but this was not the case with William. From the outset, we felt as though we were being treated professionally and with real attention as valued customers. We were offered a highly competitive price for what we wanted and we were also offered incentives to sweeten our chosen package - The art of customer service is a rare thing these days and we felt out treatment from Leanne and The Cruise Specialists was absolutely fabulous.
