How To Book

On-line 

You can now book the following cruise lines on-line on this website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Please note that due to restrictions on the data available from the cruise lines we can only book cabins for 2 adults on-line. Please call for singles or 3rd/4th Occupancy cabins.

If you are travelling in a group you will need to book by phone to ensure more than one cabin is available and they can be linked together.

If you wish to deviate / upgrade your flights from the standard fly cruise package option offered on our website please phone one of our cruise specialists who will be delighted to help tailor-make your exact cruise with pre or post cruise accommodation, tours, transfers, upgraded flights, preferred airlines or deviated flights.

If you have a preferred airport not shown as an option please call through as we will probably be able to package a cruise for you from your preferred airport as well.

If you require domestic flights from a regional airport to join up with the cruise in Southampton, please call our cruise specialists as we may be able to book reduced rate or even free domestic flights with the cruise line as part of the total package.  

One big benefit of booking on-line is that we do not charge ANY credit card fee on the initial amount (deposit/full payment) paid on-line. Please note however that any balance still outstanding after booking will attract credit card charges if paid by this method (Debit card 0%, Credit Card 2.5%, Amex 3%). 

Please note it is crucially important that you book using the names exactly as they appear in your passport otherwise you will be levied amendment charges by us and the cruise line to alter them to the correct names. Due to security concerns the cruise line or airline will not allow anyone to travel with ticket names different to passport names.

Please note the prices shown on our website may not automatically be available to book over the phone. In some cases to obtain the price shown you must book on-line. You will be advised of this by our cruise specialists over the phone if applicable.

You have the option of booking with us over the phone by telephoning our office on Freefone 0800 612 5950.

You can contact us at a time that suits you. Our office opening hours are as follows;

  • Monday - Thursday            9am - 8pm
  • Friday / Saturday               9am - 5.30pm 
  • Sunday                             10am - 6pm

Our call centre is open on bank holidays with the exception of Xmas Day and New Year's Day.
