Dining options to suit your mood from formal to casual there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Traditional vs Anytime Dining

Traditional dining is the ultimate cruising experience in eating at set times of the day with first or second sittings.  This way, you will dine with the same people at the same table and be served by the same waiting staff each night.  Many people choose this as a way of socialising and really getting to know the staff well.  However if you would like to change your dining choice once onboard you must contact the Maitre’D 24 hours before and this is subject to availability.

Anytime dining is a more flexible option as it gives you the freedom to dine with whoever and whenever you want between the hours of 5.30pm and 10.00pm.  This option is often very popular with younger couples, first time cruisers and families alike as it is often more convenient and ‘safer option’ especially if you have never cruised before or have young children.  Should you need to change your option you can do this at least 3 weeks before departure and if onboard then 24 hours must be given to the Maitre’D.

Speciality Restaurants

There are many speciality restaurants onboard these fabulous ships including:

Sabatini’s – Traditional Italian dishes with an authentic Italian atmosphere making this the ultimate in Italian dining!

Bayou Cafe and Steakhouse – New Orleans inspired restaurant where you can have delicacies such as Creole and Craw Fish Gumbo.

Crown Grill - This is a grill with a difference with its open kitchen it keeps guests entertained where the chefs cook up delicious dishes from different varieties of seafood to scrumptious steaks.

Sterling Steakhouse – Savour tasty, tender steaks and other cuts of beef with a prime beef carving station!

For something a little more casual, try The Piazza for the International Cafe – Here you can taste delicious food without the fuss.  During the day passengers can enjoy freshly backed pastries and grilled to order panini’s.  By night with quick snacks and light bites such as salads quiches and desserts.

There is a 24 hours a day room service menu where passengers can call at anytime and receive delicious morning brunch or even a late midnight snack!  The menus will be on your pillow but a full menu can be arranged on request.

Balcony Dining

Enjoy a night in for a change with a romantic meal on your very own balcony with full waiting service and luxury 4 course menu.  Or you could opt for breakfast on your balcony as you wake up in a sun drenched destination whilst sipping freshly squeezed orange juice or even champagne – The choice is yours.
