Solstice Class
The Solstice Class ships are spacious, illuminating and diverse with ground breaking design and majestic engineering. They are the physical of what the customer wants from a cruise. Inspired and designed for you the largest and most contemporary of all Celebrity cruise ships. Coined as Celebrity's "leading ladies" every inch is floating innovation, with larger more spacious accommodation, more staterooms with a view to the ocean where almost everyone has a balcony. The ships in this class are the Solstice, Equinox, Eclipse and the brand new ship for 2011 the Celebrity Silhouette.
The Solstice class ships boast some unique and exciting features. One of which being the Lawn Club. Where a real life lawn grows on the top most deck for you to enjoy putting, a picnic or a refreshing and well earned cocktail. The Ice bar and Crush are where you can chill out and taste caviar and vodka accompaniments. A must see is the spell binding Hot Glass Show, truely spectacular collaborative show with the Museum of Glass, watch as the glass is transformed into stunning pieces of ar work out on deck.
There is a massive range of mouth watering restaurants to choose from onboard, ranging from the fabuilous 2-Tier dining room with a dazzling multi-story wine tower made entirely from glass! Or for a casual day time snack why not try the delights of Cafe Al Bacio - serving fresh Italian coffee and specuiality pastries and cakes to suit.
