As with all cruise lines Cunard have a loyalty programme whereby they reward their most loyal customers. The grading of the World Members Club is, silver, gold, platinum and diamond.

When you have completed your first breath taking voyage aboard Cunard you will enter the Silver membership where benefits include:

• Notification of any special Cunard offers
• Onboard Cunard World Club representatives

Any passengers who have completed 20 days onboard with reach Gold membership where you receive:

• Gold membership Cunarder pin
• Free internet access
• Exclusive invitation to the Cocktail Party
• Favoured seating and reservation time for Todd English

Platinum level guests will benefit from all extras from silver and gold memberships as well as:

• 20% off dry cleaning and laundry
• Extra 10% off White Star luggage delivery service
• Disembarkation lounge
• Priority check in

Diamond members are Cunards most travelled passengers who have cruised for 150 days and been on 15 or more voyages.  To recognise and reward this level of loyalty diamond Cunarders will receive all benefits from silver, gold and platinum levels with the following included:

• Additional 4 hour complimentary internet plan
• Complimentary lunch in Todd English
• Diamond Cunard Pin
• Priority luggage delivery
• Dedicated diamond member contact and shore side desk
