P&O have brought Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar on board to create Azura’s Indian fine dining restaurant, Sindhu. Famous for his appearances on the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, sommelier Olly Smith has helped create chic restaurant wine bar The Glass House, matching wines to each course to perfectly complement your meal. Olly has also helped shape the drinks menus in Azura’s other bars and restaurants, and will host fun wine tasting sessions throughout the year.
